Loading Dock Resurfacing
Problem: Loading dock was full of potholes and cracks beginning to open and quickly degrade. Resulting in lost loads, worn tires and generally poor working conditions
Solution: Patch substrate, grind old sealers and contaminates in preparation for our 3/16" floor resurfacing.
Illustrated : the original substrate, followed by the grinding process, in photo 4 you can see how the concrete cleans up in preparation for our resurfacing, Photos 6 and 7 show the application of our slurry, photo 8 is the cured slurry, followed by photo 9 with the topcoat. Ultimately, photo 10 our flooring installed and ready for use again in less than 3 days!
