Problem: Second floor mechanical room with structural crack along the wall to floor joint
Solution: We ground entire substrate, routed out cracks and filled with backer rod packing, then fill void with General Polymers 3555 elastomeric membrane. The next day installed 4" integrated coving with GP's Fast Top urethane slurry and 40 mesh aggregate broadcast. Ultimately applying GP 3744 chemical resistant coating for wear and sheen
