This project is an engineered installation. This application requires highly skilled technicians. It was a new Brick House and Joe's Crab House restaurants in South Plainfield, NJ. This was a staining product that cures in less than one hour and requires precise procedures to achieve the "Old World" look the client requested. It involves a three coat systems, each with differing pigmentation and bonding agents.
We installed over 7,000 square feet in two days. Of course this could not be achieved without coordinating with our diamond grinding experts, who ground this substrate to perfection. First demo grinding the old beat up slab, then coarse grinding to achieve the general surface and finally fine grinding to remove any swirling and imperfections beyond what we wanted in the surface.
Here is a comment from the national sales representative for Duraflex Inc. This project is part of a national account we are working with, notes like this is what drives us to be the best we can be!!!
“Jeff,
I visited South Plainfield yesterday and met with Sean Rea and Bob Peppleman and wanted to let you know, that from what I saw (the floors were covered for protection in some areas) the workmanship and quality were very good. Bob commented on your crews professionalism and cooperation.
As you may be aware this is an important account to everyone that has not been without its fair share of quality and performance issues so was very pleased to see these projects be installed without a hitch.”
Thank you again,
Steve
