Overlay Ceramic Tile
Our assignment was to make this restroom serviceable. The tile was badly stained, the joints were virtually non-existent and it was un-cleanable.
We started by scrubbing the entire restroom. Then we bonded any loose tile, filled any voids in the joints. After letting our repairs set, we then shot blast the old tiling. Then we installed 4" cove base using the same material as the color quartz flooring would be made of, followed by pouring our red base coat. Then we added our gray accents. Once that set we then grouted entire new flooring using 100% solid epoxy resin. To ensure long lasting beauty and finish we then final coated it with an urethane coating.
