Utility Storage Area
Problem: Utility room used to store snow removal equipment. It had leakage through the slab and poor drainage due to reverse pitching around wash basin.
Solution: Install elastomeric membrane, re-pitch low area and epoxy broadcast flooring to protect against salts etc.
